i-coach academy and Middlesex University’s Masters in Professional Coaching Programme is professionally accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), holding the European Quality Award (EQA) at Master Practitioner Level. Our Foundation Programme holds Practitioner Level accreditation and our Certificate Programme Senior Practitioner Level.

The EQA is an independent award given to providers of coaching and mentoring training whose programme meets recognised professional European Standards.

There are four levels of awards – Foundation, Practitioner, Senior Practitioner and Master Practitioner.

The EQA at Master Practitioner Level demonstrates competence to practice based training and experience equivalent to a Master Degree in coaching or mentoring. The emphasis is on practice and its evaluation and the critical development of the profession through work based research.
