Claire Upton

Claire is an experienced resource manager who prior to joining i-coach academy as our Education Manager, worked with SHL (world leaders in psychometric publishing) providing planning support to project managers and acting as the liaison between clients and supplier. Claire has exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills and is confident communicating with a wide range of people at all levels of organisations.  Claire provides the point of contact within i-coach academy between students and the Faculty and is responsible for operational management of our academic education programmes, as well as the quality assurance of the assessment processes within i-coach academy.
