Prof. David Megginson PhD

Prof. Megginson has been Professor of Human Resource Development at Sheffield Hallam University, where he is now a visiting professor. He is also co-chair of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and teaches on the i-coach academy masters programme in the UK.

An inspiring speaker and challenging and supportive facilitator, David brings his own experience of more than 30 years of delivering and managing change projects, coaching and mentoring within blue chip and public sector clients. He has recently co-authored the book "Making Coaching Work: Creating a coaching culture". He has written nine other books and numerous research reports, mostly about coaching and mentoring.
