Eunice Aquilina, FCIPD, MSc

Eunice Aquilina is an experienced coach who prior to becoming an independent consultant had over 20 years organisational experience working as a Director, an HR Professional and Consultant in both private and public sectors (UK and overseas). Much of her experience has been in organisational change, leadership development, one to one executive coaching as well as facilitating team and group development. She has worked with blue chip companies such as the BBC, HBOS and Norwich Union as well as government agencies including education and the probation service. At the BBC, Eunice was instrumental in the development of an internal coaching model which delivered sustained behavioural change and attitudes across the BBC by strengthening personal and organisational effectiveness. Eunice also worked alongside colleagues from Ashridge Business School and Ashridge Consultancy to design and deliver a blended learning leadership programme subsequently rolled out to 7,500 leaders across the BBC.

Eunice is particularly interested in how individuals, teams and organisational communities learn through tailored interventions and informal networks. As an executive coach, Eunice works with senior leaders who are managing through a period of significant change, taking on a wider business remit who want to reflect on and develop their style as a leader. In her consultancy work, Eunice focuses on helping organisations to realise the potential of coaching to deliver organisational change and develop leadership capability. Eunice also designs and delivers bespoke coaching skills training programmes, leadership development programmes and is an action learning facilitator.

Eunice trained to be a coach whilst working with HBOS and has continued to develop her coaching skills through study, research and practice. She is currently working towards her Doctorate in Organisational Development and Executive Coaching. As a Faculty Member of i-coach academy, Eunice works with coaches who are working towards a professional coaching qualification and is Programme Director for the Post Graduate Certificate. She also supervises the professional practice of coaches. Eunice is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of British Psychological Society and has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London. An international speaker on coaching and leadership, Eunice has written and had published articles on executive coaching.
