Lee-Anne Deale

Lee-Anne has worked in the banking and financial services industry for 14 years in the area of Leadership and Organisational Development. As the Coaching Custodian for Absa, she focuses on leadership coaching and entrenchment of leadership practices that drive high performance in organisations. She has been involved in a number of large scale mergers and acquisitions in South Africa (the latest being the Barclays-Absa acquisition) and has rich experience in coaching leaders through the implementation of large scale organisational change. She is experienced in individual and group coaching, as well as the establishment of a coaching framework within an organisation.

Lee-Anne is an Organisational Psychologist and has completed her Masters Degree in Coaching through Middlesex University. She is a member of COMENSA and continues to contribute to the emerging field of coaching in South Africa.
