Some of our current projects include

  • Consulting to an internal learning and development team on the creation of a framework for coaching, mentoring and leadership which will inform their selection and assessment of external coaches, their development of internal coach training and coaching skills training for leaders
  • Sourcing and supervising coaches for an entire executive team through our "Coaching Forum" approach, integrating outcomes into an executive developing programme run by another supplier
  • Design and delivery of an intervention to support organisational and individual transition to an empowering coaching culture 
  • Design and faciliation of a module to develop the coaching capacity of middle level leaders as part of a global leadership development programme
  • Design and delivery of an in-house coaching education programme to develop internal coaches and the accreditation of these coaches
