Our recent work with Unilever and Standard Bank in the creation of a selection and assessment process for professional coaches working at senior leadership levels has received much interest and we are exploring with organisations the creation of a consortium to pool resources for the selection and assessment of coaches to work at senior leadership levels. As you are aware, coaching is moving fast up the corporate agenda as world-class companies are acknowledging the impact it can have on their success.  However coaching is still in its infancy, there is no formal regulation and few barriers to entry.
