The Event
It has become apparent that coaching means different things to different people. As organisations increasingly look to coaching as an essential leadership skills there is potential for havoc to arise if this coaching is not aligned with the organisation’s overall vision and purpose. This master class will explore why creating an environment for sustainable change in organisations has as much to do with the organisation’s culture and values and its policies and procedures as with the facilitation of the learning of the individuals and teams through coaching. Prof. Mike van Oudtshoorn will share a framework against which to consider the various purposes for coaching in organisations and the multitude of approaches to deliver the type of coaching your organisation requires.
