Special offer £170 plus VAT for registration and payment by 30th September 2010

Gestalt psychology - a school with roots in the early 20th century - teaches that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, which impacts the way our perceptual processes work. This led to the practice of gestalt therapy, developed by Fritz Perls.

Gestalt coaching is an evolution of these theories. It applies these same insights to organizational and nontherapeutic settings.

Gestalt coaching is a process of helping your client become fully aware and turning that awareness into action.

In "Gestalt Approaches to Coaching," you will learn to:

  * Understand the history and development of gestalt theory and why it matters.

  * Gain a deeper understanding of gestalt as it relates to philosophy and the practice of coaching.

  * Apply gestalt principles to enhance your coaching practice.

  * Extend your skills in coaching systematically by developing the necessary self-awareness that leads to action.

   *  Practice the core gestalt skills in hands-on coaching exercises.

The seminar "Gestalt Approaches to Coaching" will help you understand how gestalt coaching helps your clients gain the self-awareness needed to produce positive action in their lives, whether it’s taking the chance to apply for that new job or to take the steps necessary to solve a pressing problem.
