The Event
Come and network over drinks and listen to Dr Alison Strasser, Director of the Centre for Existential Practice in Sydney, Australia discuss supervision in coaching and her professional doctorate research in which she developed the concept of The Wheel of Supervision. She uses a philosophical framework to show how an existential understanding and awareness can facilitate the supervisor, the supervisee and the client within the organisational context.
The Presenter - Dr Alison Strasser BA(Hons), MA, DProf
Dr Alison Strasser is Director of the Centre for Existential Practice in Sydney, Australia where she manages a program of professional development workshops for coaches, supervisors and psychotherapists. Over the last 15 years, Alison has developed a variety of existential curriculum ranging from one-day workshops to MA degrees. This interest in teaching progressed into doctoral research which focussed on the training of supervisors. Her style of presenting is embedded within the principles of Adult Education, hence her coaching workshops require attendees to fully participate in discussion and experiential learning.
Cancellation Policy
Up to five weeks before the event, if you cancel your attendance we will refund 50% of the fee. Within five weeks no refund will be given but substitutions will be accepted. Any cancellation must be received in writing. If for any circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel the seminar, we will refund the full amount to you.
