i-coach academy offers practicising coaches an opportunity to benchmark their practice with their peer group, receive feedback and prepare for future professional development. We call this process a Professional Review and our students participate in such a review at the end of each professional module. The review is designed as a learning and development process and as such offers all practitioners a unique opportunity to articulate and demonstrate their current coaching practice, receive feedback and reflect on areas for development.
You do not need to be an i-coach academy student to participate in a professional review. You can determine how much support you wish to receive to prepare you [to shine] in the professional review process. At a minimum you will need to be briefed on the i-coach academy framework as a means to articulate your coaching approach. However, frequently we will design a tailored process of tutorials and/or coaching/supervision to support individuals to articulate their current coaching practice. For further information on or to participate in a professional review, email caroline@i-coachacademy.com
Participation in this process is independent of our professional programmes, although successful participation in the professional review will offer entry to programmes if that is your desired choice for further development. Academic credits can be claimed for participation in the professional review when part of a pathway to participation in an education programme.
