There are many approaches to coaching and each model has its virtues. We do not believe that there is one model that can be applied by all coaches and in all circumstances, so we do not advocate a one-size-fits-all methodology. Most important are the individuals involved.

Our programmes take account of the individual skills and experience of each student. We provide a thorough grounding in learning methods and create the right conditions for participants to begin the journey of buiding professional coaching practice. Our approach supports participants in the integration of their existing experience and strengths within a unique coaching framework and model. This defines their unique contribution to the field of coaching, in theory and application. The framework also provides participants with a foundation for the continued building of professional practice throughout their career - a process that never ends.
