Facilitated by Prof. Ernesto Spinelli
Prof. Ernesto Spinelli is an i-coach faculty member for the Masters Programme. His seminars, lectures and writings have earned him an international reputation as an innovative theoretician and practitioner in contemporary existential psychotherapy and psychology.
These Group Supervision/CPD Sessions run from 09:00 – 17:00. The first half of the day 09:00– 13:30 is spent in with Ernesto and coaching colleagues reflecting on your coaching case work. Identifying themes including existential themes and considering possible approaches for further development and exploration with your clients. The afternoon session is self organised by the group and focuses on activities individuals find useful as they evolve and enhance their coaching practice. Typical activities include further peer conversation on case work, models and approaches, skills practice with feedback, review of new “inputs” and trends in the market.
To participate in this supervision group it is important that you are coaching a minimum of two clients during the period so that you can share case work and actively participate during the session.
The majority of the members of this group will have completed some coaching education (for example Senior Practitioner) or have 2yrs+ coaching experience and have prior experience of supervision. The group is open to all and not restricted to i-coach alumni.
Due to the nature of supervision, it is important to have consistency in the group, we thus require practitioners to commit to all sessions when registering. The group size is restricted to eight participants. The cost per session is £250 plus VAT and all sessions are invoiced and payable in advance (i.e. 3 sessions = £750 plus VAT).
