Managing Director of i-coach academy, Caroline is an experienced coach & consultant with over 18 years international experience, much of which has been working on initiatives that broke new ground, challenging personal & organisational paradigms. Prior to establishing i-coach academy, Caroline worked in marketing & general management roles across the financial services, IT & Telecommunications sectors with organisations such as Siemens Nixdorf, NatWest, Microsoft, and Vodafone.

Today Caroline combines her broad understanding of business with her knowledge of organisational dynamics & extensive qualifications in coaching to work with individuals & organisations as they seek to enhance their capacity to learn & perform in their ever-changing environments – her aim is organisational effectiveness through individual and team excellence.

As a coach, Caroline works with senior business leaders, professionals and senior teams in multinational organisations and the public sector up to board level. Her clients are frequently leaders and teams managing significant change in their organisation and/or themselves where they need to balance their own experience of transition whilst inspiring & influencing others to engage with change, take on more responsibility and deliver through others. Caroline’s coaching approach works well for those who are curious about themselves, open to challenge & motivated to develop & make a difference.

Caroline’s organisation development work specialises in enabling top teams to engage in meaningful dialogue to addresses their challenges, rather than perpetuating the status quo. Caroline also consults widely to organisations looking to embed a learning and empowerment culture.

In addition to her leadership role with i-coach academy, Caroline facilitates on i-coach academy’s Certificate and Masters Qualification programmes, accredited through Middlesex University. She speaks internationally on coaching & has contributed to several books and articles

Caroline holds a professional doctorate (DProf) in Coaching Psychology from Middlesex University, UK and an MBA (Distinction) from Imperial College, London. As well as completing various coaching programmes, she holds an NTL Certificate in Organisational Development, is an NLP Practitioner, holds BPS Level A and B accreditation and is trained in a range of psychometrics including Hogan. Caroline is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and abides by their code of ethics. Caroline has regular supervision for her practice.
