Eunice is an experienced coach who has over 25 years organisational experience working as a Director, an HR Professional and OD Consultant in both private and public sectors (UK and overseas). Eunice brings a strong and wide ranging combination of business and behavioural knowledge and experience to her work in complex commercial environments with multiple perspectives and pressures. She has diverse experience working strategically and internationally with individuals, teams and projects in organisations tackling major transitions whilst sustaining high performance. Her experience encompasses many sectors, private and public and includes creating new ways of working in a financial services environment, leading on the people aspects of delivering new multi media, multi platform regional output, supporting the development of a call centre in healthcare as well as working on major organisational restructuring programmes, leadership development programmes and self managed appraisal schemes. Eunice has designed and delivered assessment centres for roles in the BBC and with Norwich union (now Aviva).
At the BBC, Eunice had a lead consultant role in Making it Happen, one the world’s largest Appreciative Inquiries, in which 10,000 staff participated in redesigning the organization’s culture, workplaces, audience relationships and people policies. She was instrumental in the development of an internal coaching model which delivered sustained behavioural change and attitudes across its leadership population. As a faculty member of the BBC’s Leadership Programme, she worked alongside colleagues from Ashridge to design and deliver a development programme which enabled leaders to develop the skills required to support the BBC to become “the most creative organization in the world”.
As a coach, Eunice works with senior leaders / executives in organisations to help them make sense of transitions whether organisational, professional and/or personal, supporting them to develop a more constructive reality. Eunice trained as a coach whilst working with HBOS and has continued to develop her coaching skills through study, research and practice. A graduate of Newfield Coaching Network, Eunice has also studied with i-coach academy as well as with Solutions Focus. She has just completed her Doctorate in Coaching and Organisational Development. Eunice is currently studying towards a Master Somatic Coach certification with Strozzi Institute in California. As a member of i-coach academy faculty, Eunice supports students who are developing their professional coaching model. Eunice is a Fellow of the CIPD, a member of the BPS and has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London. An international speaker on coaching and leadership, Eunice has written and had published articles on executive coaching.
