Helen Morris

Helen came to coaching from the private sector where she worked at the most senior levels, having been on the board of director of two businesses, and worked with executives on many occasions. She has lead teams of 120+ consultants and project managers, delivered business £12m+ value to clients, lead and operated business (£10m+ annual turn over) and been instrumental in the seeding and development of innovations in several of her employments. Naturally more a leader of change than an operator of systems/processes, she is a great believer in the potential of people to grow, flourish and deliver to their greater potential, drawing on their natural flair and inherent motivation. Her experience includes systems engineering, professional services, sales and sales management, business management, organisational development and change.

Helen coaches a diverse population of executives and senior managers within blue chip and public sector organisations in the UK and overseas. Using a person-centred approach and drawing on a wide range of adult learning and organisational development theories she partners closely and respectfully with her clients drawing on their innate abilities and tacit knowledge to achieve operational excellence in changing environments. Working with Helen is a learning experience; her perceptive listening, questions and conversation help her clients discern possibility and opportunity and develop new insights and meaning. She is passionate about personal development whilst being results focused. Her philosophy for coaching is that there is a way to deliver on both personal fulfillment and business drivers.

In recent years Helen has specialised in executive and professional leadership development and strategic change, often working with executives and senior managers on their personal leadership styles, while delivering major organisational change programmes. Her coaching style is described as fun, focused and action orientated, supporting clients to focus on what really matters to them through constructive challenge and objective setting.

An Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and graduate of the Advanced Coach Training Program from Coach University (USA), she has also completed courses in Masterful Listening with ICF and Coaching Supervision with Corporate Potential. Helen completed her Certificate in Coaching Practice, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s EQA award at Senior Practitioner level, and is working towards her MA in Professional Coaching with i-coach academy and Middlesex University. Helen adheres to the EMCC and ICF code of ethics and has regular supervision for her practice.
