Helen Willetts

MA (Professional Coaching)

Helen has been a Nurse for 27 years working predominantly in the fields of mental health, end of life care and district nursing. Helen is currently the Head of Clinical Practice for Hillingdon and Camden Provider Services based in Central and North West London Foundation Trust. Helen was also previously the Regional Director for the Royal College of Nursing responsible for the trade union and professional representation of nurses in the East Midlands and South East Regions of England.

Helen’s coaching has been predominantly in the NHS including clinicians, nurse and therapy service leads, middle and senior managers, HR, administration and OD professionals as well as individual clients from a broad range of private and voluntary sector organisations. Her approach works well for those who are open to self exploration, self-reflection and safe challenge. She supports clients to explore meaning and purpose, and to develop their self-awareness and to enable them to access their inner world, conscious and unconscious in order to make congruent choices. Helen uses existential and person centred philosophies to support her coaching approach.

Helen is a Registered General Nurse with relevant clinical and managerial qualifications as well as being a Clinical Practice Teacher. She has an MA in professional coaching practice and is accredited by the EMCC at Mastery level. Helen subscribes to the EMCC code of ethics and receives supervision and coaching.
