Jenny began her coaching career in 2000. Before then, she was involved in the successful launching, marketing and selling of companies, products and people into the South African market place since 1983. She sold many complex business solutions to a wide spectrum of South African companies. She held executive positions and specialised in the start up of new businesses for international companies. Jenny won numerous sales and management awards both locally and internationally, including Best Distributor awards.
She currently coaches for 60% of her time. For the rest, she serves on several boards. An active involvement in business helps her remain current and also empathetic to the challenges that her coaching clients face. Her coaching and business consulting has taken her into the boardrooms of many varied businesses, markets, industry segments and countries.
During her tenure as an executive coach, she has contributed to the personal and professional growth and success of many diverse business leaders in a wide range of both South African and international corporate companies. She considers coaching a customised, adult learning partnership that can transform the way one thinks about self and business.
She initially studied Computer Science and Psychology at Wits University, graduating in 1984. In 2005, she completed a Masters degree, MA (Professional Development), in Executive Coaching through i-coach and the University of Middlesex, London.
Jenny was a founder member of COMENSA (the coaching and mentoring body in South Africa) and is regularly invited to teach, assess and supervise on coaching programmes.
Jenny ‘s hands-on experience in the development of people, sales, marketing, and her understanding of IT, banking and business strategy enable her to coach, influence, guide and manage people with startling business results.
